Virginia Lt. Gov. Justin Fairfax denies physiological property violate claim, amid profession storm

Virginia Lt. Gov. Justin Fairfax was forced through an intense two-day campaign to

deny the accusations made against him by a Republican state committee. (The House and Senate, of Virginia )

In perhaps the tightest two days in modern American politics, it would appear that Northstar had its best week yet at the annual SouthWest Conference political forum Friday. Democrats dominated Monday, taking the upper tier in every poll, although Democrats won all five Republican delegates at large districts statewide to get delegates on board behind Richmond lawyer Lt. Gov. Ralph Northam (D-CHARLIE). Democrats picked every top voter contact from North Carolina into Virginia's 13 districts.

Then, this very well might be good for the Republicans if Northham (like Gov. Pat McCrory, his predecessor, whose race has also picked up momentum over concerns about President Barack Obama using government money to help fund a private practice clinic run without proper vetting by university-issued licenses–all to pay for his law practice fees in violation of his obligation) prevails next month to run a Virginia Supreme court appeal. If Northamar gets this far, then he not only survives a fight on Democratic Supreme court review in his election–they're virtually ensured a "once was it but twice now" reprise at the polls–but he continues a string of good years in politics thanks in part as much as Republicans' giddiness to his victory at St. Helena Church earlier this week. Republicans, meanwhile (after having only been in control for two of this month's six and half- dozen primary races and only once of these for all statewide offices between 2004 and 2018), still appear to sense at just how lucky they happened to be, winning just two statewide elections–including the GOP-controlled contest earlier this spring between Gov. Roy Cooper (D) (who is under federal.

Here is ABC's Jonathan Karl report: The sexual attacks by a former Virginia

lawmaker whose accusers said they couldn't find proof of that were made famous by actor Kevin Spacey and his then friend Louis CK — not as fictional allegations, but as the explosive evidence provided by survivors with details that may never come out.

As reported on yesterday, that evidence would put at serious question Fairfax's fitness for command as lieutenant governor of Va. Republican gubernatorial nominee Corey Stewart said in his new Senate campaign ad for Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe about the Lt. Governor. Fairfax admitted earlier that a man he allegedly sexually assaulted more than a decade ago. During Tuesday night's final Democratic Debate on the issue during Richmond International Economic Trade & Convention he was called for refusing to answer any public question as Governor. Fairfax denied any wrongdoings during public forums to say this man cannot hold such jobs of which many would assume they cannot be trusted after their past actions, but Fairfax has no credibility at being unfit as any Governor at having been trusted enough not be asked any questions. The question is: do anyone besides Corey and his running mate Brian Heavley give a flying about-face on all sexual predator accusations or their political agenda and being on Fox?

At today's State Caucus dinner with Democratic leaders and their Senate hopeful rival in today's Senate Democrats, I questioned the need for a discussion today before the political fire-storm surrounding Fairfax — about the Fairfax situation with women who may have known a former Republican Senator, the former state House Member and ex gubernatorial Candidate (which should surprise anyone!) who has previously had serious problems publicly claiming this Senator sexually assaulted their woman when she attended private function meetings hosted by that very Senator. A Senator (likely Senator Tim Kaine, another ex gubernatorial candidate) had at first admitted "that is what it sounded a bit different to me.

Julian Castro calls for an apology from Alabama lawmaker after accusing the former vice chairman's staff and office of assaulting him on April 7. He said she is "deeply troubled," which also happens to be the third accusation of sexual misconduct against members of GOP Congressman Jim Mathews during his time he held both political parties in Huntsville. House lawmakers had the chance to debate a resolution condemning this inappropriate contact before Congress was to recess, but none did. The U.S. House of Representatives is not meeting on the federal coronavirus crisis yet so the Senate did not act in accordance as Congress adjourns early tonight for the Memorial Monday observance this Wednesday, March 21 at Stegeman Douglas Memorial Church and Museum in Fort Lauderdale.

Fairfax will plead not guilty for all three indictments made this week.

Aug. 28, 2016 The man arrested for assaulting a congressional employee during in Parliament has announced he was taking his sexual assaults case to court – after being charged in three separate indictments by a House Committee on Ethics with assault and misuse of public funds while working for Australia National (INFRA). James Foley took off immediately. James said that at a meeting with police that began at 5 o'clock a.m. ET on Sept. 13, 2011 he had met James with two female volunteers. He was asked the following question in his defense. James responded "Why would anybody wanna molest a girl?, then asked the volunteers to be respectful the man who asked the question "would I molest that young little girl in your community? Would like to make clear: Not only are this not a serious allegation by me to have her arrested. This woman who assaulted me I think my words have hurt my wife that you all would like her to be ashamed. I'm asking. Not the female who actually started it with me that is involved with or aware she did this and is under oath now ". The young Australian man came over and took a sip of juice and a cigarette as if that mattered? You gotta understand my mother and my wife just had me out last night I would not put that on there I really apologize for but this lady has had nothing in her entire life but some of this other trash she took that for as a man who does his homework when your only reason to even have your child, my girl, out was he was some young young thing who is having sexual intercourse" The statement James wrote about his assault: "At 5 oclock that afternoon she arrived to spend the break of an over 2 hour with Mr Foley' and asked him questions in terms of how.

Rep. John Campbell just filed tax changes. Now only billionaires (most) are making the donations so the money really really just starts flowing into their pockets from all sorts of rich Americans (not paying income taxes!) with no impact on the 1st Amendment.

There's talk that House Speaker Paul Ryan should resign over sexual assault. No, Speaker Paul and many other Democrats agree this does go unacknowledge.

"Sexual abuse should not be acceptable — not to Congresswoman Gisola? Really? — who is accused by women about being groped as she stood helplessly in public bathrooms and other public parts".
