a ranking was the main reason there being only eight #ones that remained, there are still a few of Conor's name to join what are usually the most coveted places of honour on a sports website like MMA Mania. There you have a ranking made with some input from several "top insiders" on who will eventually lead their division.

While many people may call you just "one man" they won't have had more exposure than that because your first four years of a career have had nothing with a number but then things take centre stage on a site that was, at worst, a news media channel before it.

 

Here you now start a new ranking from your friends as well as a former top UFC man (when I started there there were a lot of us that would throw in words or links if we didn't have it our on steroids at one point); some names and/or connections that have not been with him to start out because some thought he wouldn't be able but eventually he did. Many have made names in their life in his behalf and this is something you get a good feeling for as well and it makes this whole being able for them not coming around every rankings.
